True Love Kiss only works if one is cursed. Not on memory loss and not if both parties are cursed (such when Emma and Hook were Dark Ones in Season 5A. And also they did not require a TLK in season 5b, since Hook was dead NOT cursed, thats why a True Love Test was given by the gods and they passed. BOTH love each other.
I think Zelena felt love for Hades and it broke his curse thats it imo.
Rumbelle are both cursed right now – DO curse and sleeping curse.
